On your wedding day, my goal is to take timeless photographs that you can look fondly back on for decades to come. The day you marry your best friend is so much more than a day that you wear a pretty dress and throw a big party. It's the day that two people, who were once separate, become one family. From then on, you navigate through the highs and lows of life together. The first day as husband and wife seems to take forever to come, but then it's here and is over before you know it.

Once you have looked over the collection guide I've sent you and we have confirmed I am available for your date, we set up a phone consultation. This is the time where you can ask me all the questions you have! We will also walk through a typical wedding day together, so you can better imagine the flow of your wedding day while working with me.

So you've made the decision! You want to book. In order to be officially booked, I require a signed contract and retainer. Everything is done online, which really simplifies the process!

Your engagement session can take place anytime between booking and your wedding day. If you have the luxury of seasonal variety between booking and your date, you can plan around that. Another option would be to plan for a year out, which gives you time to use your photographs for Save-the-Dates. Feel free to take advantage of your access to the Studio Illume client closet!

Timelines are so very important to the planning process and assuring that your day is as stress-free as possible! Before your wedding day, please reach out with any questions you have about timing. A few months out, I will ask for you to fill out a questionnaire with your final details. From that information, I will draft a final timeline for you.

On your wedding day, I work hard to make sure that your memories are preserved in the loveliest way possible! My approach for the ceremony and reception is documentary focused. I photograph events as they happen and do not interject myself unless it's been requested (like for bonus golden hour photos!). As for all of your portraits, you will have all the direction you need for posing!

Your gallery will be delivered 4-6 weeks after your wedding day via a link to your email. Feel free to share with friends and family! You will have a special PIN to share with those you would like to give the ability to download.

Once your wedding photographs have been delivered, you have the ability to order professional quality products through your gallery. Prints, canvas, and various cards are available for purchase. If you have ordered an album, two weeks after your gallery delivery you will receive your album proof. Scroll through and let me know what you would like changed. Once we are set, the order is sent to the lab!
